REFUND POLICY - Liat Concierge Wellness

1. Overview

Concierge Wellness, LLC (“Concierge Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) coordinates wellness programs and access to healthcare services provided by independent medical practices, as well as prescription fulfillment through independent licensed pharmacies. Because services may involve clinical evaluations, prescriptions, and personalized products, refund and return rules differ from ordinary retail purchases. This policy applies to purchases made through Concierge Wellness unless a specific program or checkout disclosure provides different lawful terms.

2. Prescription Medications

Prescription medications, including GLP-1 treatments, hormone therapies, peptides where legally prescribed, injectable or oral treatments, and compounded medications, generally cannot be returned or restocked once dispensed or shipped because of patient-safety and medication-integrity requirements. Once a prescription order has been dispensed or shipped, refunds are generally unavailable except where required by law or where an error or other qualifying issue warrants a remedy. Medication availability and prescribing decisions are determined by independent licensed healthcare professionals and pharmacies.

3. Pharmacy Errors, Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Please contact us promptly if a shipment contains the wrong medication or dosage, arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears compromised. When possible, report issues within 72 hours after confirmed delivery and retain the packaging, photographs, and shipment details. The 72-hour request is intended to support prompt investigation; it does not eliminate rights available under applicable law. We will coordinate with the dispensing pharmacy and shipping partners to review the issue and determine whether replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy is available. Do not use medication that appears incorrect or compromised; contact your pharmacist or prescribing clinician for guidance.

4. Medical Evaluations and Administrative Services

Charges for completed medical consultations or evaluations by independent medical practices, and for administrative, coordination, processing, or prior-authorization assistance actually performed, are generally nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law and consistent with the disclosures presented at checkout. A completed payment or questionnaire does not guarantee that a clinician will prescribe a requested treatment. If a clinician declines to prescribe, any refund or credit depends on the specific services purchased, services already performed, applicable checkout disclosures, and applicable law. Charges for services not provided will be evaluated for an appropriate refund where required.

5. Memberships and Recurring Billing

Some programs involve monthly memberships or other recurring charges. The price, billing frequency, included services, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions must be disclosed and agreed to at enrollment. Customers may cancel future recurring charges using the cancellation method provided at enrollment, including any online cancellation option required by applicable law, or by contacting info@sdconciergewellness.com. Cancellation will stop future renewals as required by applicable law; it does not automatically refund completed services or medications already dispensed. Any applicable notice periods or cancellation deadlines must be disclosed before enrollment. Cancellation of billing does not itself terminate a relationship with an independent treating clinician.

6. Orders Not Yet Processed

If you request cancellation before a medical evaluation, administrative service, or pharmacy fulfillment begins, contact us immediately. We will review the order status and any applicable fees or commitments. Cancellation or refund may be possible before processing, but cannot be guaranteed after services begin or a prescription has been transmitted, dispensed, or shipped. Applicable law and specific purchase disclosures control.

7. Nonprescription Products

Returns or refunds for supplements and other nonprescription retail products, if offered, are governed by the return terms shown for those products at purchase and by applicable consumer protection laws. Any eligibility conditions, time limits, and shipping responsibilities must be disclosed at checkout. Defective, incorrect, or damaged items should be reported promptly.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of pharmacy processing, weather, carriers, or regulatory requirements. If an order is lost, misdelivered, or delayed in a way that may affect medication safety, contact us promptly. We will work with the relevant pharmacy or carrier to assess the appropriate remedy. Nothing in this policy limits nonwaivable consumer rights.

9. Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us so we can investigate. We may provide relevant order confirmations, transaction records, consent records, and fulfillment documentation to payment processors when lawfully appropriate. Nothing in this policy prevents you from exercising rights to dispute charges with your payment provider or under applicable law.

10. How to Request Assistance

Email info@sdconciergewellness.com with your name, order number (if available), purchase date, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or documentation. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive medical information in ordinary email. We will review requests based on the facts, applicable disclosures, and legal requirements.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version and terms applicable to a purchase, together with any required notice or consent, will govern to the extent required by law. Changes will not retroactively remove rights already accrued.
